Abatronic Systems offer bespoke maintenance contracts combined with quick response times and experienced engineers. We also are able to offer one-off call outs to clients not wishing to enter into contractual agreements.

Our Maintenance contracts come under three headings:

• Total - Once your system has been evaluated, we will visit monthly to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly. Systems will be tested and an ongoing report will be filled out. We will advise on upgrades to your system to improve the efficiency and implement any upgrade program already in place. During the 12-month contract we will also guarantee a rapid response time to any emergencies if you system should fail during this time.
• Premium - After the initial evaluation, we will call quarterly, running tests on your system to ensure its stability. We will fill out an ongoing report and recommend upgrades should they be necessary. The 12-month contract will also ensure that should your system fail, we will be at your premises in a guaranteed time.
• Standard - Our standard call out contract will ensure peace of mind should your system fail. We offer a set number of call outs to be used in the 12-month period. We can offer 5, 10 or 15 visit call out agreements depending on your needs, with the costs substantially reduced if you decide to purchase one of these packages.

Well qualified and experienced engineers are based at our on-site workshop with many spare parts ready to deal with customers faults. We have knowledge of most modern operating systems and networking software. We are able to repair and service all equipment from PC's through to printers and most peripherals.
